Okay, this is $7.34 of watermelon, just in spears. This is $7.99 of watermelon. Let's cut a flat spot. Let's derind it. and cut out some spears and see where we land.
This could be easier with a longer [kitchen] knife. We'll do it with this one today.
Note on the side, I'm riding my index finger to help kind of get a turn by creating some pressure between that finger and my thumb.
Okay, just quick you can take the whole thing and flip it over. Kind of clean off the portions. It's like ice sculpture, but without the chainsaw.
And there we go. There's a lot of ways to do with it now. One way would be just to get a sense of how long these are. Maybe thirds? Halves? All right.
Now this, grid this off. Turn it. Just take it again. Get the right size. That's pretty good. Oh, a little too much. There you go.
So, if we're going two quarts, to every third, and we're gonna end up with six quarts for $7.99, or this quart for $7.39.
