Vivront Concierge Pickup — Pro is built for restaurants, cafés, bakeries, bars, and catering teams within 10 miles of 50th & France. If your crew is already stretched on prep and service, this keeps sharp knives in the building without sending someone across town.

How It Works

1. Book online (order by 10:00AM)

Enter your kitchen contact details, select the number of knives, and complete checkout with your pickup location on-site.

2. Pack your knives safely

Line cooks move fast, but couriers still need a safe box:

• Wrap blades in a towel or side towel (multiple knives per wrap is fine)
• Secure with rubber bands (or similar) so nothing slides or pokes through
• Place all wrapped knives in a cardboard box (produce box, dry storage box, or reused shipping box)
• Tape the box closed
• Add a clear label with restaurant name, address, and a reliable phone number

3. Stage the box

Place the box at the front desk or a clearly marked pickup spot near your main entrance. Make it obvious and easy to reach so couriers aren’t guessing while your line is firing.

4. Pickup window: 10:30am – 12:30pm

Our courier partner will be scheduled to collect your box and bring it directly to Vivront. You’ll receive confirmation once your knives hit the shop.

5. We sharpen

Our sharpening team restores your edges using our in-shop process — consistent, service-ready results for prep, line, and carving. We then repack your knives for the return run.

6. Return window: after 2:00pm

Your sharpened knives are delivered back to the same designated spot in secure packaging, ready for the next push.

Packaging, Access & Refund Policy

This service depends on safe packaging and clear access. These guidelines protect your team, couriers, and our shop.

Packaging Requirements

• All blades fully wrapped (no exposed edges)
• Wrapped knives placed in a cardboard box only
• Box taped shut on all seams so it can be carried safely
• Clear exterior label with restaurant name, address, and phone number

Improper or unsafe packaging cannot be picked up.

Access Requirements

Your pickup point must be straightforward to reach:

• No locked lobbies or restricted entry without a working code provided
• No intercom-only or fob-only access for couriers
• No hidden or hard-to-see placement of the box
• No gated entry without clear instructions and access

Failed Pickup Policy

If pickup fails due to packaging issues, unsafe conditions, inaccessible location, or a missing/not-visible box, we refund 75% of your order and retain 25% to cover courier and routing costs. You’re welcome to rebook once the issue is resolved.

Weather Protocol

Pickup and return are weather dependent. Heavy rain, snow, ice, or high winds may push your pickup or return to the next safe window. We’ll notify you if we need to adjust timing.

• Pickup & Return delivery: $30 combined
• Minimum: 4 knives (canceled if order does not include 4+)
• Sharpening priced per piece
• Repairs quoted and priced separately
