• We're very attentive to geometry, can sharpen lots of different ways based on different needs, remove little material, keep consistency and quality at the forefront, and care for japanese and specialty knives like we do the many we have in our store—carefully and with intention.

• Scheduled visits: With marketing partnership and package service for the alternate weeks.
