Packaging Requirements
This service depends on safe, consistent packaging. All knives must be packed this way:
- All blades fully wrapped (no exposed edges)
- Wrapped knives placed in a cardboard box only
- Box taped shut on all seams
- Clear exterior label with name (or restaurant), address, and phone number
- Box placed in a visible, reachable pickup spot at your front door
Improper or unsafe packaging cannot and will not be picked up.
Pricing
- Pickup & Return delivery: $18 combined, added at checkout
- Minimum: 5 knives (Your order will be canceled if it does not include 5+)
Add The Stick by Sharpow for easier knife maintenance or anything else from our inventory at the time of your order for inclusion in your return delivery.
Weather & Traffic Protocol
Pickup and return are weather & traffic dependent. Heavy rain, snow, ice, or high winds may push your pickup or return to the next safe window. We’ll notify you if we need to adjust timing and always prioritize courier safety and safe handling of your knives.
Failed Pickup Policy
If pickup fails due to packaging issues, unsafe conditions, inaccessible location, or a missing/not-visible box, we refund 75% of your order and retain 25% to cover courier and routing activities.
You’re welcome to rebook once the issue is resolved.
