Made of Magnacut Northwest of Venice, Italy (you read that right) the ONE from Faccipieri started as a pandemic brainstorm.
When we saw Alfredo with an early version in Atlanta I quickly ordered 10 of these semi-customs but did not know that was his first order.
One of our team members also works in a fantasy kitchen and put this one through some rigor and they love it. It holds edges real well and draws better than most. We think you'll like it too. —Joseph
