The goal is to open the door to habitually easy meals in your home kitchen.
Stephanie is primarily focused on helping Women live and eat healthy habitually. Peter has grown his cooking skills and built great restaurants over decades. The two of them combined make this class a unique learning experience. Tuck a few new ways to do things in your skillset while learning fresh ways of thinking about food, nutrition and living life more fully.
Every Wednesday, you'll learn and develop a series of kitchen knife skills (food holds, hand holds, cutting techniques, knife types) as well as experience and introduction to delectable salad recipes you can put in meal rotation.
We'll be making salads with unique flourishes. Asparagus, Kale, Carrot and so much more! Your food will taste like they were made by pros and you won't be deprived of the joy of making them either!
