Experience the Japanese cypress, Shimanto Hinoki, that resides only in the Shimanto basin! This hardy timber fights bacteria and mold, making it ideal for bath tubs, stools, and, of course, kitchen cutting boards. What's more, its soft surface won't damage your knife blade, while its odor-controlling powers help keep the kitchen smelling fresh. Plus, it comes with a stand for easy drying.
