March is for HOT CHICKEN
Prepare for Thanksgiving NOW.
Approach chicken (and all the birds like turkey too) with more confidence after a HOT CHICKEN class at Vivront.
We'll butcher rotisserie chickens and learn a few successful ways to think about poultry butchery.
