Just started the blue cheese and balsamic routine. It's getting cooler out. We're inspired. Have you started for the season yet? Get out that Port and put it on the schedule! Friday night?This bottle, older than we are, was recently opened and OH So Good! It was a treat! Bring us back to Cascais, fast. This bottle sure reminded us of the ocean and the beaches west of Lisbon. Or, was it the Algarve? Maybe the north. Egg bake? Egg souffle? A strata?
We went looking for an "egg bake" to use up extra bread. The results were not desirable. Then we remembered to look for "egg souffle" recipes. Meh. Egg "strata?" Viola. We went a little "bread heavy" on this one. :)
