Peach Salsa via Emily's Fresh Kitchen

ABOUT
We often pair this one with chips. It goes great with pork and fish too. It’s a light, bright and fresh set of flavors that sports knife work to boot.

Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 0 Mins | Serves 4-6.

HOW

  • Get out produce + olive oil, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt
  • Select your dice size
  • Dice the peach (mango), red pepper, red onion.
  • Chop the cilantro
  • Place everything in a bowl and gently mix to combine.
  • Cover and stick it in the fridge until ready to serve 
(inside ~3 days)

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Peaches (or a mango) skin removed
  • 1/3 cup diced red pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • Pinch of sea salt
