Peach Salsa via Emily's Fresh Kitchen

We often pair this one with chips. It goes great with pork and fish too. It’s a light, bright and fresh set of flavors that sports knife work to boot.

HOW
- Get out produce + olive oil, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt
- Select your dice size
- Dice the peach (mango), red pepper, red onion.
- Chop the cilantro
- Place everything in a bowl and gently mix to combine.
- Cover and stick it in the fridge until ready to serve
(inside ~3 days)

- 2 Peaches (or a mango) skin removed
- 1/3 cup diced red pepper
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 Tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- Pinch of sea salt
